Mrs Williams is a Qualified Protocol and Etiquette Trainer, former director of the Barbados Tourism Authority, Former Deputy Chairman of Cave of Barbados and a shareholder of Williams Industries Inc. She is an outstanding business woman and devotes a great deal of her time to philanthropy and educating young people.
