Orville Lynch
Project Co-ordinator - Barbados Human Resource Development Strategy

Mr. Orville Lynch currently works with European Union sponsored Barbados Human Resource Development Strategy as a Project Co-ordinator. He previously taught Public Sector Management and Business Studies at the Barbados Community College. In addition, he has taught at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus for over 16 years on a part-time basis in both undergraduate and graduate programmes. There he teaches strategic planning and management, strategic human resource management, business strategy and policy and human resource management. He has taught Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management and Business Strategy and Policy at UWI, Cave Hill Campus over the last sixteen years.  Mr. Lynch was also employed as a Management Development Officer in the Office of Public Sector Reform for three years. He spent four years a Human Resource Manager at the National Housing Corporation and as a Teacher at the Wesley Hall Junior School for

twenty-three years.

Mr. Lynch has relevant education and training in strategic planning, organizational behaviour, financial and management accounting, project management and information technology. He was a Trainer/Facilitator of seminars on Motivation, Interpersonal Skills & Work Ethics. He is also a Consultant on the preparation of Strategic Plans and Training Plans.
