Ouida is a business banking professional with over 30 years’ experience in Banking and Finance.

She is currently team lead at OHR Business Solutions Inc., a privately owned business consultancy firm. Ouida has worked across several divisions in Banking: Retail Banking Relationship Management, Retail Financial Product Marketing, Development and Delivery, Corporate and Commercial and Offshore Client Relationship Management, Small Business Development management and Commercial Credit Risk analysis.

She has held positions such as Chairman to the Social Committee of The Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is currently a member of the Bank on ME advisory committee.
In a previous role as Assessor with CIDA (Cultural Industries Development Authority) and as a judge on the locally produced Bank On ME television show, her role along with the other judges was to effectively interact with entrepreneurs owning small and medium sized enterprises, to provide feedback and assess key aspects of business including financial performance, marketing and tactical strategies implementation.

Ouida enjoys cooking, painting in water colour and acrylic as well as reading, swimming and a good debate.
